Aunt Sally's Favorite Recipes - Appetizers

I will put a couple of pages on here from an old advertising cookbook called Aunt Sally's Favorite Recipes. The artwork is fun and some of the recipes are pretty interesting. Here you can find recipes for Liver Sausage Canapes and Prune Hors d'Oeuvres. Yummy!!

Digging Through the Box

There is a box in one of my kitchen cabinets that is full of recipes that I want to try. Some are torn from magazines, some are ones that I've handwritten and others are what I call lost and found. I have collected recipes for a long time and often come across old ones in cookbooks that I purchased at a garage sale or thrift shop. Sometimes I find handwritten recipes tucked into the pages or better yet, come across full recipe boxes. Sometimes there are old newspaper clippings hidden in the books and recipe boxes with wonderful recipes that need to be shared. I will try to prepare some of these and others I will share as written.
